June 17,2010: What’s more fun than looking at pictures of people you love? Not Much! As a child and still today, one of my favorite pastimes is looking at pictures. There is even a picture of me sitting on the couch with my grandma looking at pictures when I was about 1 year old. So with me the tradition started young.
Teaching and sharing with your children who family members are is a great way to help them remember who people that they might not get to see all the time. It’s hard when families live far away and don’t get to see one another very often. It’s especially difficult trying to reacclimate a child to being around a new person when they have been apart for awhile. We have family that live all over the us so I was thrilled when Zatswho sent us their product to try.
Zatswho™ are Soft Photo Flash Cards that teach babies and toddlers…
* The importance of recognizing family and friends – identifying the special people in their lives and exploring different roles
* Critical basic skills such as face recognition, shape and color identification, and sequential thinking
* Language and memory development
* How to explore their own imaginations and express that to others!
* Preserve special memories – holidays, vacations, and other meaningful moments becoming a baby keepsake!
My daughter loves that she can see the people that she knows and loves everyday in her frames. The bright colored frames with different shapes are a great teaching tool for a two year old. It allows me to review things with her like colors and shapes through a great tool where she can see “Gaga and Papa”. She is also a big fan of the “purse” (carrying case) and loves to put her Zatswho frames in there and then make Daddy carry it around.
This product is all around great for little kids because it is a reminder and a lesson all in one. The foam frames are perfect for little hands as well. Especially those who like to swing their arms around and let things fly projectile through the air. Therefore good for proteciting Mom’s eyes as well!
Thanks to Trish from Zatswho for letting us test out your great hands-on product. My daughter and son will cherish these memories for a longtime!
