Who wouldn’t be inspired to take pictures by New York City’s skyline and the millions of chances to capture all the wonderful traits of this city and it’s inhabitants. MoM of 1, Christina from New York started NY Photoshoot Photography in 2004 as a freelance photographer five years ago when she met her husband. He inspired her to pursue her career and so that others could view the world through her photos.
Christina Martinez is a published photographer, artist, poet, mother, and daughter. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Christina’s love affair with photography began at the age of 17 while studying at Fashion Industries High School. She began her career inspired by photographing the landscapes of her hometown of New York City.
Christina is passionate about creating long lasting artistic memories for her clients. She is personable and has the ability to be present yet unobtrusive in order to capture the essence of her subjects without them being aware. The result is amazing frozen moments in time.
Christina has been published by the New York Times, the Jackson Sun and internationally by Cadetto, a Japanese medical industry magazine.
