Who doesn’t love berries of all kinds? Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries! I love them in everything and so do my kids! I have no problems getting Luci to eat her berries. She would actually choose fruit over fatty snacks any day. I was recently selected to be an ambassador for the Aquafina Flavor Splash and will be tasting the different flavors of waters that Aquafina has to offer.  My daughter loves this flavor.

As an ambassador of the program, I will also be getting Free Samples for the next six weeks to give away to my readers. For this week, I have 16 Aquafina Hydrating Lip Balms in Wild Berry to give away to my readers!

- In order to be eligible to win one of these, you must share a favorite healthy wild berry dessert or snack. I love all sorts of fresh berries on vanilla yogurt with granola. It’s all such a great sense of protein and it’s taste delicious.

- You could also tell me how you stay hydrated throughout the day to be entered for the Lip Balms. I’m loving these Flavor Splashes because in addition to getting my 8 glasses a day, I’m also still breastfeeding my 5.5 month old, so I need to keep a ton of water in my body!

**Here is an Aquafina Coupon Offer – Download a coupon good toward $1 off a 6-Pack of FlavorSplash:

Disclosure: “I am a participant in a Mom Central campaign for Aquafina FlavorSplash and have received various FlavorSplash samples to facilitate my participation. Mom Central will send me a gift card at the end of the program.”

I buy berries when they are really cheap in the summer and freeze them in 1 cup measurements. Then during the year I make these really good flaxseed graham muffins and put them in it. They always taste like summer to me.

I think that having a nice mix of blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries is a great snacl. There is no need to pepper it with anything else, as they are already very flavorful. I love flavored water & am very interested to find out about the lip balms.

I love having all types of berries on top of a healthy cereal (Kashi, Special K, etc.) for breakfast during the summer. I don’t like most of the healthy cereals by themselves, but they taste great with berries on top!

I stay hydrated throughout the day by following a tip I read about when I was pregnant. If you start out each day with a huge glass of water–as soon as you get out of bed and can handle it–you start out hydrated and it’s easier to stay that way!
