Kerry loved dressing her girls up in the cutest, fluffiest clothing that she could find. But, finding something of that nature was truly hard. As her daughter’s birthday approached, Kerry decided that she wanted to put her in a Tutu along with a matching shirt and leggings. Well of course no store sold the things that she was looking for(nothing that she really liked). After talking with a few people she decided to try and make my own Tutu and thus the birth of Cutesy Creations.
