October 26th, 2009: Today we received a pair of the Princess shoes from Pedoodles and couldn’t be more happy with the look and feel of the footwear. I have found that as Luci has gotten older finding shoes that are flexible and help her foot development can sometimes be hard to find. I also want to find something that can look good with a dress or even with play clothes.

The moment the shoes arrived and I pulled them out of the box, she insisted on wearing them for the rest of the day. Unlike many shoes, the Princess shoes did not make her stomp around. The stomping is caused by the heavy weight of many shoes. These are light and fit right to her feet. She would have worn them to bed if I had let her. I especially love the velcro closure so that I don’t have to mess with shoelaces or ties (right now putting on shoes is a hard enough task for an 8 month preggo Mommy, let alone having to deal with ties).

This style is very cute as well and is definitely something that matches a lot of her clothes. The Pedoodles Store has tons of different styles and colors to choose from and have sizes available up to 4 years old. Another great feature about these shoes is the traction on the bottom. Sometimes Luci still stumbles about and at least with the Princess shoes her excuse can’t be blamed on the shoes she is wearing.

Thanks to the ladies at Pedoodles who have given Luci a chance to wear and review their Princess shoes. Now I just have to figure out how to get them off of her.
